This school is run by a husband and wife team. The wife also teaches the elementary class and her daughter and daughter in law teach the toddler and primary classes respectively. There are tremendous conflicts of interests in the way this school is run. I was a patient at Brookdale University Hospital in Brooklyn, NY on 10-30-06. I was in the coronary care unit. I received practically no care, coronary or otherwise. My roomate was deranged, and yelled continuously. I was across from the nurses lounge, more properly the bar and lounge. The noise, laughter, and chatter was unbelievable. I pushed the call button, and pulled out all my monitor leads, without any response.Some nurses supervisor came by the next day and took notes, but never furnished me a promised copy. I was told my recruiter that I needed schooling to take the PTCB and that is a lie #1 that Remington told me. I could have went and signed up for the certification exam without having any schooling. When your child is physically unable to play an instrument for several months due to an unexpected surgery to repair severed nerves and tendons in his hand, they require that you pay for lessons for those months anyway. I am a former student. This program is nothing but a waste of money. The schools they are afilliated with are good schools, but they can be accessed via direct admission. What this program has done is become the middle man, and has forced the school abroad to only accept US students from their program.
