9/21/2008-Bought 2 pcs. "non-precharged" Li ion Rechargeable CRV3 batteries(RADIO SHACK does not carry chargers for this batteries, hence no way to test its functionality). My phone was disconnected for a very short period of time due to not paid bill. I shortly after paid my bill and now my phones are activated again. But Simplexity is trying to charge me $250 per line (i have 3 phone thru them) for being disconnected for couple of weeks. I was not told that my 4-year warranty for a laptop computer would be voided when the computer was replaced.
