Philips CD2451B/05 cordless phone
I Bought the Cordless Digital phone from Cordless phone World. After 3 moths the phone stoped working. I contacted Philips for the product guarantee. Philips support told me to contact the retailer for replacement. Cordless phone World has a very poor customer service and never replied to my request by email. They don't have any phone number to contact. It's been more than one month and i wrote them thrice. I contacted philips again and explained the situation. Attempted to buy software from these company as the price was really good. Provided credit card number for the purchase. However, they never delivered the software, and when questioned about it, they said they could no longer accept credit card charges and wanted payment from Western Union. Told them to cancel the order.

I didn't check ratings before ordering, and was quite alarmed by the history on resellerratings. However, my experience with A2ZComp was flawless. The only bump was ensuring that the shipping addy was authorized on the credit card. Otherwise, shipment was quick, packaging was good. I did speak to them briefly; their voice mail system wasn't great, but I was able to bypass it with an extension provided on their webpage for sales support. I started a plan with this company because I wanted to try someplace different. Their plans were comparable to just about everybody else. Although at the time I felt that their 20 on 20 was a good deal so I went with them.

I ordered norton, and I was charged 63.64 on the 12/01/08 . I orded it on line. But the computer said it was not renewed, so I did it again, on 12/02/08. but it charged me $ 70.11. You get what you pay for, with Revol that equates to cheap phone service and horrible customer care relations. How are they still in business? They prey on the needs of those who can't afford mobile phone service with the larger carriers.
What happened? I called their customer service line in September because I broke my phone; I was told that I didn't have insurance. I purchased a Garmin and specifically asked for two-day delivery. I asked the order taker several times will I get it in two days. She assured me that I would. Didn't get it until 5 days later. Very incompetent order takers plus you have a hard time understanding what they're saying. They don't speak good English. Paid a large sum for two-day. I emailed and called and they won't refund the EXTRA delivery charge. I will never deal with these people again. If you're smart, you'll read ahead before dealing with these people. This company is providing legitimate looking quiz on Facebook. It then asks for your cell phone number so it can send verification to you. You get a text with a PIN. Once you enter that PIN it creates an account for you on RINGZA and subscribes you with a $9.95 recurring charge.
I have sent them a notice that I intend to report them to my Attorney General (Oregon) and suggest anyone who has been taken by this company do the same in their area.
Companies like this prey on consumers and your ONLY defense is to complain to all of the local agencies. AG, PUC, FCC, Phone Carrier - EVERY ONE. With enough complaints someone will take some action. read full review »

Ordered a Linksys router/switch. Received rapid email response that order placed and billed my creditcard. Next day I have fraud alert on my citibank creditcard and have to stop all future charges. I call them and give them the fraud alert information so they will check their billing systems. They charged my card and item was shipped to New Mexico instead of California. When I call about item in New Mexico instead of calling me back they send me an email instead of calling. Now I have to call them again to confirm a credit on my creditcard. Watford Electronics aka Savastore are awful. They sent me the wrong items, then it has taken 2 and a half hours and four phone calls to get a refund. I would sooner try and fashion an ADSL router out of some cardboard, bits of old radio and super glue, than order one from these guys in the future. Typical excuses such as "rapid business expansion" and "we are just so busy sir" were given when commenting on their poor service, for me this is just not acceptible. Store seems unable to deliever what they sell in a prompt manner.
Given several different shipping dates and when each passed then i am given a new one saying again that is has already shipped. Store hours seem unrelable as when ever i have called there during working hours no answer and/or the store hours are changed from the website or closed without proir notice.

The Major issue - and this is a big deal for me - is that the X1 will not connect to WiFi and maintain the connection reliably.

Brickhouse Security is in the business of coming up with unique products, producing them WAY below par and over-charging. Either the products do not work or they are junk. For instance: The Child Locater device, USB Media Pens, Cameras, etc. Their return policy requires an RMA number to be obtained within 5 days. I have recently purchased SIMS 2. I was really disappointed and embarrassed about the fact you can't chose the sexuality of the Sim. I let my friend play on it and suddenly realised he couldn't actually make a computer version of himself. I don't tend to get annoyed by many things and think that political correctness has become ridiculous. Purchased a g1 for christmas gift and phone could not be activated until 1/2/09
Called on 1/2/09 and was told it could take 24 hours to activate phone.
Called on 1/3/09 and was given many reasons why phone wouldn't activate and after 3 hours and many people, we decided to send phone back and not extend our contract . We were told grace period had ezpired and there was nothing they could do. Kim the manager actually hung up on me.
Phone was never activated and never used and we were never told about grace
period . This is not our fault and we should not be penalized because, they couldn't activate phone.
