This company advertised an item on their website that we ordered on Dec. 12 and we did not hear from them until Dec. 23 that the item had shipped, the very day it was to arrive... so when we got it it was totally the wrong item and when we called they said the item we ordered was totally wrong. ordered a product online, they took the money and said on my receipt I could collect the item instead of paying a shipping fee. As the location was not far from my home, I went there to see when they were open. When I got there, there was nothing open at all, so I am passing the details to the police. I have not been able to get through on the phones and I have even emailed and till had no response.
