Dear Sirs, I ordered three (3) unlocked iphones and paid for them with a check to Colossal Trade. I received the iphones after a long time but the iphones are not unlocked and they don't work with any SIM (I took them to another country). I have sent many messages to them (on their web site) asking for a phone number in order to call them but they never answered. Also, I emailed them, to [email protected], asking my money back because they sent to me a different product from that I ordered but I never got an answer. I bought my NEC Versa E6300 in Singapore during at an IT show in March 2009. Now the cap of letter 'H' is detached (loose) from the keyboard. Initially I can fix it back to the latching mechanism by myself, but after a few times, the latch on the cap is broken. I was dumb enough to fall for something that wasn't even explained properly. The seller never did get to the point as to how you could make money. I thought there was some reference to writing reviews of products or services. Some sort of advertising copy writing. My experience with Florence's Enterprise through Overstock.com was terrible and i would urge others to avoid purchasing anything from Florence. these people are scammers. they have no intent of selling any camera or other electronic device without trying to sell you a "discounted package", which puts the price up over any reasonable price one would pay. plus, once they have your card number, they refuse to cancel your order, and put it through anyway. My son's LG Fusic cell phone has broken 3 times within one year. Reliability is terrible. Every time he has to send it in he loses all his contacts, etc. Huge inconvenience. The last time we got it back, it broke within a week. Customer service refused to fix it, claiming it was not under warranty due to main board damage. I don't know why that's the case, all I know is it's broken 3 times in the last year, and they refuse to stand behind their product. Fujifilm digital camera is not reliable at all and easily malfunctions. I brought F470 in Singapore last year and rarely used. After 1 year I found the camera in blank, unable to shoot any picture. I ordered a new dell computer in November, 2007. I have sent in my paperwork for it to be shipped, months ago. Made numerous phone calls to them to get a shipping date, no information has been given to me. I have gotten the runaround everytime i call they say it may be being shipped as we speak. Unbelievable. Placed an order Dec 1. Then 5 days later, the item had still not shipped! and I got an email saying they need to 'verify' my order. On 10/26/2008 I filed a claim with Asurion for a Nextel mobile phone that I lost. I was assured that the phone was in stock and would be shipped on promptly. The people whose machines keep malfunctioning should turn on their favorite music, enjoy a glass of wine and be happy because when it does work, it doesn't just take the stain out it literally removes part of the material. My husband bought this vacuum 2 years ago, I had asked him to return it 1 month later and he did not. I have carpet and floors that i tried this vacuum on, it only picks up dust, on the floor does not brush the edges of the wall like it says, and it wont even pick up a french fry.
