Company operates a website that sells consumer electronic parts and accessories. I ordred a part, sent the payment (they do not use paypal, money order only) and after almost 1 month, no part. I have sent 4 seperate emails to their contact address and recieved absolutley no respone. They abviously are in the business of collecting money under false pretense. Laikeet.com Advertises the following: iBuds Silicone Earphone Earbud Apple iPod. The picture they use on the web site is in fact the ibud. What they are selling is NOT! They shipped me a bunch of silicone "pieces" that are not in any way similar to the ibud (I've since purchased ibuds from handhleditems.com). I wrote to Laikeet asking for a refund or an item correction. They insisted I show them a picture of what I had received. I sent a picture with another picture of what an actual ibud is and an explaiantion. They will no longer respond to my emails. Be warned... I purchased a television model # 20F524T, in April 2008. In August 2008 the television began turn on and off, all on its own, every 9 seconds. I emailed the company, who told me to call the customer service line and provided the number for me. I called. I found their phone menu options to be quite confusing. Customer Service is the pits - Trying to replace a phone that stopped working, it has taken 3 calls and a trip to the nearest At&T wireless store. First call - dropped after being put on hold for over 4 mins. Second call - I can barely understand the woman. On top of that she blames me for the poor connection. I bought a Blackberry Pearl... thinking that blackberry is a quality product and the leader in the smartphone industry. I needed a voice recorder by the next day. I told the salesperson that I needed a voice recorder to record cellular telephone calls, and that I had to have it by the next day or it would be of no use to me. I paid more than $42 for overnight shipping of a 1.5 pound package. The salesperson assured me it would arrive by 3pm the next day. I ordered a xbox 360 online at microcenter.com on 9/11/08 and the order was cancelled by microcenter.com on 9/12/08 because the item was not in stock, but I am still currently being charged for this item, so I have a$200 plus hold on my credit card and when I contacted my credit card company they said they had not been notified that the order was cancelled. Futhermore, I have been calling microcenters 1800 # all day today and getting the busy signal, meaning I cant even get an automated response.
