I pick up a new computer from Conns for about $900.00. When I tried using it most of the software that came with it said it would not work due to the Vistia software it came with and many other problems. I have several accounts with Conns and always pay on time. I had my works IP person look at it and I was told the computer was bad. I called Conns within 24 hours and informed them of the defective produce and was told I would have to pay 15% restock fee to exchange it. bought all in one printer on 7/12/07. Had problems with paper jams. Last jam appears to have been cleared, opened every door, cover, etc. following hp's website directions. Called for tech support, woman told me that it is a hardware problem, and that warranty is expired. She also told me my only option was to contact their sales department to buy a new printer, she was willing to connect me if I needed. This is a website to shop for used cell phones. The website instructs consumers to shop for products they have for sell by choosing you cell carrier, well I clicked on the option for all Cricket merchandise and I chose an Audiovox SMT 5600 / SPV C500 phone which they have listed thats compatible and gauranteed to work for my carrier. This company is very fishy. BBB.com rates them an F. The only person you can contact is Karin/Karina. You can only order through emails and pay with bank wire transfer or cashier's check upon delivery. Her product bundles are very confusing. She doesn't clarify how much is each product is in the bundle and never answers all your questions. You have to pay shipping up front, not knowing if you will get your stuff or not. My laptop developed a fault after 15 months. The wireless card went, and needed to be replaced. It seems, Hewlett Packard is made up of many different companies, none of which communicate very well with each other; and none of which will take responsibility for the bad job that they do. I noticed alot of others are having the simular issues I am with CSW scam. I called my service provider who immediately reversed the charges and also gave me the phone number for CSW 877-225-1198. I have also contacted the CSW and was reimbursed charges for the month prior charges. However the next month I received yet again another charge. Rca/Thompson is ripping people off that bought the Model #DRC8335. We bought it and it didn't work and they sent another one (Which we paid shipping for) and it didn't work. Now they say their system is down and they can't send another one for a while. They can't even say when they will send one. And my warranty will go out soon. Hell computer has already wasted more than 5 hours of my time. Their Contracts of Adhesion allow them to get away with consumer theft. Hell Computer "oversold" me a system, that is so poor, my three year old HP system that cost one-half the price, outperforms the Hell system by a significant margin. I purchased four LED signs for my store at a total price of just under $1000 Out of the four, two are defective. I contacted customer support by email and was given the run around. In the end they told me to return the signs to them and they will send to their warehouse. However, they wanted me to pay for the shipping and reshipping costs. Beware of this organization.
