I bought a LG chocolate from Telus( bc tel mobility).Returned in in 2 days, was scolded for being an Impulse buyer( my daughter and I had looked for 2 years) and was berated and told I didnt know how to operate it.She replaced the battery and sent me on my way. I attempted to purchase a prepaid cell phone from Radio Shack. I was told I had to show the clerk my ID to enter my information for the cell phone. I reminded the clerk it was pre paid and I didn't want my information placed into his computer, which he said was for the phone. We bought this TV from target in Jan 07. By Nov. 07 it quit working. We called RCA and were told someone would get back with us in 24-48 hours. It never happened. I called them instead. Purchased new 42" HD Akai TV 7.01.07 with 1 year warranty on parts & labour. TV picture went black on 3.08.08. It has taken the contracted customer service department of Akai over 1 month to determine they have no authorized repair shop in this area that they sold the TV. Okay, I have a Palm Treo 680. I keep it great condition. I have it in a hard shell case and have a screen protector for it. I woke up one morning to check the time on the phone and my screen had a black smudge inside of it and nothing appeared on the screen besides that smudge.
