I am a little disgusted that since they came out with their newer model of gaming system (x-box 360). They decided to discontinue their games for the older x-box. If I would have known they were going to do this I would have bought a Playstation 2. I know this isn't a very high complaint, but running your older gaming system out as early as they did to drive sales on the 360 which went up 250.00 more than the original x-box shows how greedy Microsoft really is. Plus they have had numerous problems with the 360. The remote of the Kelvinator split AC that I purchased 6 months ago stopped working. The technician took the remote to the service center around one and a half month back. Don't get a Cricket phone! They will overbill you and treat you like a criminal when you call to readjust your bill. Then, they will charge you a $15.00 service charge for calling! Then they will send it to collections right away while you are still trying to readjust the bill and they will cut your phone off. Cricket is not very customer friendly . After several trips and complaints about a new faulty phone covered by insurance, it took me 6 weeks to have it replaced. After having to give them an additional forty five dollars. I bought this TV from Best Buy on a Saturday in July and it died on Sunday. It turned on, flashed a few times, and shut off. We exchanged it and enjoyed it for 41 days before it died. My samsung tv which was attended to after several calls failed again with the same problem after a week. Repeated efforts to get the service technician to rectify the problem is not bearing fruit. Their initial problem i had was my internet connection that kept on logging in and out by itself, i called Acer several times but still have not rectified it. Problem 1. The combination of shades/colors of the base screen, the letters and digits on the screen and the transparent cover/window over the screen get so merged that it is not (NOT) possible to read anything in the open daylight. One possible working solution is to change the shade of the transparent cover/window over the screen to near colorless. Problem 2. The glowing of the screen is rather too short (time-wise). I have registered my complaint with my battery no., nokia has accepted that battery needs to be replaced. But since then a month has been passed. I still have not received the battery from nokia.
