I tried to order a camera because of the low advertised price. The next day I received an email and phone call allegeding problems with the card used. I called the person but they became very aggressive and tried to sell other stuff which I refused. I ended up canceling the order and the guy hung up on me. Dell has be withholding the $120 rebate that was submitted about 4 months ago (8/20/2006). I had received confirmation of the rebate submission (rebate Tracking number: 201383884), and then time passed and no rebate ever came, so I started a search with their rebate processing center and days later they send me an email confirming the submission and a new rebate tracking number (207844749).

At the start of October, I bought this 160GB Seagate External Drive, and started to load in a bunch of data clogging up my hard drive. And after turning it on and off no more than twenty times without exposing it to any high electric current, the thing died on me in little over twenty days, just over one twentieth of its guarantee period. We purchased one Printer HP F380 and completed all formalities for getting the free gift (256 MB Pendrive) and send the required papers by courier to your Nehruplace office Attn. Ms. Gurnazz Kaur.

Futureshop practices fraud; I bought a desktop PC; the motherboard was not functioning properly. I immediately took it to the store. The told I would get the replacement within a week. I called them after a week; they told "It will take 3-4 weeks". Acer - Aspire 9500
I bought an aspire 9500 from circuit city for $840 with tax in march of this year. I has worked fine for what I paid for it. Until recently that is. I am now getting a line down the middle of the screen. When I called acer they said to send it in and it take 10 days for the repair. No loaners no nothing. T-Mobile & Motorola RAZR V3
What a piece of absolute CRAP this phone is. Shame on me for replacing it twice with more of the same. 3 of these have cracked at the upper left hinge under normal use. T-Mobile and Motorola both call this "physical damage" and won't replace any of them.
Calls to Motorola's Consumer Advocacy Office were a complete waste of time. Don't bother.
Don't waste your money on any Motorola product - if you have trouble with it you may be in for the same experience I've had.

Sears - Refrigerator
I took a day off of work to get a delivery of a refrigerator on the evening of Thursday November 30th. I was sent a deficient product. I noticed on Saturday that my food had all spoiled and dripped that previous evening all over my carpet and kitchen floor. I lost about 2 hundred dollars worth of groceries. The refrigerator they sent me was broken and never blew cold air. I called customer service and was transfered many times. ViewSonic - LCD monitor
I bought ViewSonic LCD monitor at Fry's on 10/14/2006 and mailed the rebate form with all other required document to ViewSonic Rebate in White Bear Lake, MN on 10/16/2006. Checked their web site for rebate status and it always says rebate not found. Called them a few times and they always said it was not the system. It's been 8 weeks and it is still in the system as they claimed it should be. I called them on 12/4/2006 and they said it might be lost in the mail and asked me to mail the form to them again and wait another 8 weeks for processing!

I have been facing lot of problem in my mobile. It does not get charge and if it does it works only for 6 hrs or so.As per details it should work for 250hrs.
I have launched the complaint with Indiatimes and I have been asked to send the same back to Mumbai.Can some body tell me what is the surety whatever I would receive would work.
Customer support does not have any satisfactory answer.
I have spent Rs.20,000.00 and did not expected this from Indiatimes.

The back plastic cover of the LCD around the hinges started cracking a couple of months after I purchased the machine. It is getting worse by the day. I called HP customer service but I was told that I had to pay over $600 to replace the LCD, even though this is clearly a design flow. The customer service representative was among the worst I had encountered. It was easier to talk to a machine. Our Lumix camera broke down within six weeks of purchase! We bought it in September within three weeks it started to make strange noises, but this was normal according to the manual.

I purchased a Kenmore Refrigerator at the Sears Store at Chesterfield Town Center in Richmond, Va on 11-20-06. It was delivered on on 11-24-06. Two years ago, I purchased a brand-new Maxtor DiamondMax 160-gigabyte hard disk drive. Today, the hard drive has failed. Maxtor is under no obligation to do anything about it, since the product had only a one-year warranty. This is the classic case of a product breaking down as soon as the warranty expires. The problem is particularly annoying, since the failed product is a hard drive, which has my important data on it, which I can no longer access.

HP Recovery Disk
I had a complete hard drive failure on a three year old HP model Pavilion 7905 and needed to replace it. Unfortunately, I cannot find my set of Recovery disks, so I called HP to get a copy. HP informed me that they no longer support my PC (I never received an end of support notice), copies are not available and that I needed to purchase (excuse me, purchase again!) the Windows XP Home edition (retail) version.

GE Adora Washing Machine
I purchased a GE Adora washer and dryer at Home Depot in February, 2006. The washer quit working on October 20, 2006. It's now October 4th, and the repair man hasn't show up yet. I wouldn't be nearly as upset about this but for the fact that GE "lost" my rebate information for these appliances, and refused to let me re-apply for it. I have a 450L Fridge of Samsung, & subsequently bought 1.5 t AC in June 04 looking at the decent performance of the Fridge. In less than 1 year (May05) bought another 1.5t AC from Samsung.
