I have given twice my set for nokia care Center Jalandhar Punjab India. They tried to repair the set but it is not giving satisfactory performance. I purchased a 32'' Trutech LCD two months ago and it is now broke. The standby light turns on but the television never actually turns on. Since I live in an apartment I was unable to keep the 32'' box, which is required to return the 32'' massive piece of junk. Word to All, I made the mistake of ordering VoIP service for my small business from Package 8. Please do not make the same mistake I made. Their easy set-up and installation was nothing short of a nightmare. The installation instructions were vague and incorrect. Would like to let other potential customers know my experience with Sony India. I am in Mumbai and had purchased a Sony charger/rechargeable batteries combo package from Sony World. (BCG-34HE4C EU8). This product was not readily available at Sony India ( as it costs twice as much as the regular popular charger models). We have a Hitachi model 50v500a television and a couple of weeks ago the color went to red and green. This is the second unit that has failed owing to poor design: The cable between the charger is too thin, and breaks where it enters the strain relief (joke) at the body of the charger. Vodafone and Nokia say this is because of wear and tear, and take no responsibility, but the charger never leaves the socket into which it is plugged in. The diagnostic of my broken computer was not done properly. I was given one correct diagnosing (burned out video card). But also I was told that my OS is not working. I was ready to order more services from the store (such as OS installation). I came home and realized that the OS is working. This is regarding my purchase of an LCD TV from MDG Computers store in Whitby, Ontario. On May 29th, I took delivery of a 40" LCD TV from MDG and when it was installed I noticed that there was a bright red dot on the bottom right hand side of the screen, which is categorized as a "stuck pixel".
