I purchased an Intex above ground pool on 5/17/11 at Wal-mart along with the 2 year warranty. I now have grass growing in my pool although I followed Intex's owner's manual and cleared the ground of all grass. Intex's customer service said "grass growing into your pool is a natural thing". In their ad they state that the software will backup ALL files on the iPAD. Well it only backs up media files. I requested a refund and explained why the program was of no use to me. They told me that they do no refund since a trial version was available on their site. I don’t know where to start about the horrible experience i had from visiting latitude 30. I could start with the 2 1/2 hour wait in order to be sat in the dining room, and when our party finally was sat it took us twenty minutes for a server to finally get our drink order. I have been chasing this company to get a refund for overcharging my cc for over a month. I did not want to just cancel a trial membership because I would not get a refund for NOT being able to reach them. My daughter had placed her order through the Drive through which included a Vanilla Thickshake, which she usually enjoys. The thickshakes are usually great, thick, icy and extremely hard to get through the straw. A great Macdonald thickshake.
