Please!!! Do not order anything from this company!!! I ordered the Stargate seireis, for 106.00 doollars plus tax, back on feb 19. I still have not recieved my order. Cable Companies like timewarner and comcast Only the airlines make us similarly unhappy. Why is that? Part of the problem may be the absence of competition.  The major cable players - Comcast, Time Warner, Cablevision – agreed to divide up the country among themselves.  They do not compete in any of the top 25 metropolitan areas except New York (and there’s a little competition in DC). I had direct Tv for yrs and reported I had a that did not function (get cable) Troubleshooted 3 times over phonewith associates, each over 1 hr. Manager of repairs sid pitch the box and they will send a new one. Never recieved new one. Called again and they saw notes and said there was no signal on old box, discard and the will send new one. I took out a Vivacom extra contract which gave me Internet and landline phone through the landline which is fine. I also took out a TV package including a number of Discovery channels and an extra Move channel. For the past few weeks the movie channel has not been working and Vivacom have told me it is not their problem and that I still have to pay for it. Vivacom has stopped answering my emails and now I cannot get any channels at all, so the whole TV package is not working. However, I am still getting bills from Vivacom. Let me just that directtv is a very misleading company. i also tried to bundly my tv/home service w/ at&t was never told that these are billed seperately. I purchased an olevia television and about a year after my purchase the tv started cutting out. I would be watching and it would randomly lose signal and turn off. The tv does this constantly about every ten minutes and takes five to ten to cut back on. It always seems to do this at the most inopportune times. I suggest no one purchase an olevia HDMI, flatscreen television. No one wants to take responsibility for the defective tv. This company offers cheap software to download online and say money. But what it really is is hacked software with no activation key. You have to run their activation software which has a virus in it. The number of the web site is some women in the USA but can't speak English very good. They don't email you like they say they will. Subscribed to there service in June and got in touch 2 days later to complain about there lack of updated dvds and prices and my subscription was canceled. Terrible customer service, loads of rude emails from trader. We have very poor service... the TV keeps going off and on the air... when it's doing this, we can't follow anything playing... i.e., a news commentator will make a statement; the TV picture and sound is gone... a message "One moment please. Tunebite 8 software is the worst. Unless you stop your computer's security suite programs (Macafee, Windows security, etc) you will be constantly closing out Tunebite, have to restart your computer, and then re-establish your security settings. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS. read full review »

The only good thing about this company is that they pay for the shipping. I sold several books and shipped them to moola4books.com. It took a month for them to process the sale on their end, now I am still waiting to be paid for the books that I have sold. I had contacted their customer service by e-mail and was told that sale orders usually took 15 days to completely process, but that it might take a bit longer because of them being busy. I ordered the complete set of NYPD Region free DVDs as, other than series 1, they are not available in the UK. The disks actually shipped from Canada. The disks are NOT original disks but homemade copies taped from various US and UK TV stations. The picture and sound quality is appalling, some disks don't play at all, parts of episodes are missing.
