They must be running a night after hours club illegally. They play music real loud every Friday night and Saturday night unitl 4 in the morning. I have told everone that works at the hotel and I even told an inspector of the building what was going on. Building inspector asked me if I think it is the security people at the hotel. I have been told to call the police if I have a problem. I have been told to knock on the door. I cannot do any of these things on my own. And the music is also played on weekdays. We have successfully purchased and downloaded XBox LIVE's "Call of Duty: Black Ops - First Strike: Pack 1 (EN)". It appears from the games marketplace as fully downloaded and available to "PLAY NOW" yet we get the bogus and incorrect message screen: "To use this item, play the game it was downloaded for." We are then directed to any of our GAMES library. This pack set is NOT showing in any of our libraries. Why? I placed a take away order from this restaurant a week ago and right before I left the house to pick up the order I heard the death of a close family member. So, I assigned a friend to pick up the order and that person showed up after few hours without it. During this whole incident I have been in contact with the restaurant explaining the situation but they didn't stop blowing my phone using different numbers saying that whatever I did was unfair. My wife & I are senior citizens. When we entered Denney's there was no-one to seat us. We waited & waited, but no-one came. All of the waitresses saw us, but they all ignored us. I ordered a well done steak but when I received it the steak was not well done, so I returned it. When I received the steak back I found a piece of chewing gum in the sauce. EF is a cheating education company that don't promise what they did to student. My kid registered the trip to South Afica June, 2010. My kid paid deposit and if he wants to go the trip, my kid need to send EF a confirmation letter. But he decided not to continue this program. According to the contract, I will lose the deposit which is $99. But EF charged from my bank account another $1072(Total $1171). We phone EF and ask to refund the money to me. I Ordered a Supreme pizza with extra pineapple. When I went to pick it up they frogot to put the pineapple on the pizza (wich is fine). They sent it back to correct it and I saw that the guy without gloves is lifting up the cheese with his fingers and pushing the pineapple underneath.
