I purchased 3 tickets for the Rockettes in Kansas City. When we got there I discovered the tickets were for New York and I was also charged for a personal audience with the Rockettes. I went to the Outback Goiânia, Goias, Brazil and during the payment I realized that the attendant had passed my bank card twice, in debit and credit. The other day I went to talk with the manager and I showed him my bank statement, he said the bank would return the money automatically. The bank did not returned my money. This company has great food, but they are seriously challenged with their service and operations. They have an online delivery service which tells you when to expect the order. My time was 45 minutes. The first time I ordered, I got a call 10 minutes later asking me a question about my order. As she's hanging up the phone, she says, "okay, that will be an hour and 15 minutes."
