Directv is a rip-off, they have poor service, they get you in a contract and don't stand up to it, there system goes out on you for no resume. But if you old them they don't work with you. I purchased via Paypal this software that is supposed to recover files from damaged, corrupted drives. The software just appeared to be scanning the damaged external hard disk and created a "directory tree" but after paying for the software I found that there were NO FILES in the folders. It was a complete waste of time and money.
