I purchased an Intex above ground pool on 5/17/11 at Wal-mart along with the 2 year warranty. I now have grass growing in my pool although I followed Intex's owner's manual and cleared the ground of all grass. Intex's customer service said "grass growing into your pool is a natural thing". In their ad they state that the software will backup ALL files on the iPAD. Well it only backs up media files. I requested a refund and explained why the program was of no use to me. They told me that they do no refund since a trial version was available on their site. I did not want to just cancel a trial membership because I would not get a refund for NOT being able to reach them.
