A group of friends and I went to the IHOP in Decatur, IL. We have considered ourselves "regular" customers and go there on average of anywhere from 1-3 times per week. I can't believe how many other people have unauthorized charges from this company. I had 4 charges in one day for the following amounts 79.99, 53.99, 53.99, 19.99, 7.99. Now that's ALOT of money. This book is poorly written and researched. Any information is from the author's experience and may not be applicable to you. There are no footnotes or references of actual research. The poor grammar in the book makes it hard to read and understand in some places. There seems to have been no editor at all. It would be much better to buy a real book on nutrition, in my opinion. I confirmed with Makro that they close at 18:00 and decided that I would leavef Cape Town city centre after work at 17:00 and rushthrough peak-hour traffic to reach the closest Makro branch (Milnerton) at 18:01. DO NOT, DO NOT buy Premiere Pro CS5. I had CS3 at my previous job. Loved it! It came with a set of manuals and a help function embedded in the program. With CS5 the manuals are buried deep in the bowels of the internet basement (I had to speak with India for over 20 minutes to find those) and there is NO onboard help function unless you have internet connectivity.
