We have Dish Network television. We even pay a little extra insurance through them in case anything goes wrong with the DVR, being that they generally only last for a year to 18 months. This was quite possibly the worst dining experience! The food was absolutely disgusting, and the service was awful. The salad was old - dryed up, shriveled cucumbers, rotten cherry tomatoes, watery dressing. The main course was bland at best, and the waitress was exasperated that our request for a glass of water required here to walk twenty feet. Moreover, we were ill all night and the next day. When I called to speak to a manager, she insisted that a stool test at the hospital is the only way to prove that there was food poisoning. The lady behind the counter of the Red River Cafe inside the Silver Reef Casino over charge me for 2 orders of Popcorn shrimp. When I did not take the change from the counter, she was upset and wants to know why. Two teenage boys came into my home and 'sold' me $80 later. They said they get points for each different thing they do such as getting cash instead of credit card or check. I have a son with Autism and they befriended him and showed me and my husband (who is a police officer) magazines that would be great for him. My bank card was somehow used unlawfully. I haven't given my card number to these people. I don't even know what they do. However$133.94 was charged on my card plus a intl. service fee of $4.02. I saw a movie 5/29/10……… The movie was Letters to Juliet. The 1:10 showing. During the movie I heard constant laughing. It was really rude and it wasn’t even during the funny parts. I went to Pizza hut’s new outlet at Clifton Boat Basin yesterday and came across one of the staff members who behaved very rudely during an argument over a billing issue. I haven’t come across such impolite behavior towards a customer in any local eatery, let alone at an esteemed multinational restaurant such as Pizza Hut. When I lodged a complaint at Pizza Hut’s UAN number, I was redirected to the same branch’s restaurant manager who glossed over the incident without even apologizing or trying to locate the responsible staffer.
