I purchased this software program after a two week trial. First problem, help menus are poor quality and, therefore, not always helpful. Second problem, Emrick does not give out contact info. Only contact is through anonymous email link. Third problem: After purchase, the new registration number did not work. I have been charged twice for "Privacy Controls" and I have not been provided with licence number for "Anti-Spyware", thus I am unable to utilise this product. I have repeatedly communicated with the suppliers (Paretologic) and with "SafeCart" unfortunately to no effect, to date. I've had DTV for about three years now. On average I have video/audio issues every 3 months. I resisted purchasing their service protection plan until recently. Over the past 4 weeks I have lost picture and audio 1 or 2 times daily requiring the receiver to be re-booted. This is a complaint for the Samsung LCD37A550 which i purchased 16 months ago. Worked perfectly for 15 months and I was very happy with it to be honest. Suddenly went on the blink 2 weeks ago. After 1 hour of usage the picture goes off while the sound remains. My wife, my 15 year daughter and I went to TGi Friday's at the Long Beach Town Center on Friday for some early dinner. The place was packed, but we were able to find a table in the bar area. I spent the day yesterday trying to remove a virus from a friend's computer taken over by AVG. It locked up everything and would not let her even on line. Apparently this is par for the course for the AVG-Free which works for a time without cost. Then after several months you get these pop-ups to buy antivirus software and the next thing you know your machine is taken over and you can't do anything except purchase the pop-up software to take care of the virus. The product 2010 version wouldn’t update. CSR had me reinstall 2010 version.
