I returned 3 DVD's in Trident as per their online terms and conditions and have been unable to obtain a refund. Isent the parcel International Signed For and followed it up with Royal Mail. They informed me that the parcel had been delivered to the correct address and that a signature had been obtained. Radio RNR is a scam. They will contact you by e-mail trying to give you a spot on one of their compilation CDs for $300. Once you pay them, the compilation will never come out. Lisa Rodriguez, the lady you will talk to is highly informative and will build trust. There is a clause in the 'contract' that says the compilation will come out in sixty days. When that time roles around nothing happens. In addition, 45 days is the maximum amount of time you have to file a dispute with paypal, so by that time it will be too late. A Virus entered my computer, I tried to purchase a Norton product, I entered my information and this crazy company charde me card, I received nothing, that computer had ot be fixed. I then checked my account and found out that they actual charged me 3 times the aount of the cost of the software. After waiting sufficent time to report this to my card service to report the incident I was informed that another payment was taken out of my account.I then closed that account and began a dispute on the charges. Dish Network has found a way to change the terms of service and increase the cost of their service through receiver charges. I have been a loyal customer for greater than 15 years. During that time I have been satisfied with the service and treated fairly. In these times of recession this company has chosen to arbitrarily change the terms of my contract with them by increasing (340% from $5 to $17 each) the fees for my receivers. I used H&R Block previously and thought I would try TurboTax this year - a big mistake! TurboTax actually read my tax info from last year but couldn't interpret the approach and forms that were used. I received the set of DVDs on "Cybill: The TV Series" which I ordered from their website about 4 weeks after ordering. They were shipped from China and they were obviously taped off a TV station called "Oh!" with the station logo in the lower right hand corner of the screen and popups of coming programming. I have received terrible customer service from Samsung when trying to get my home cinema system repaired. It took me week to arrange a a repair and then it took 2 weeks for Samsumg to send through packaging and details for the collection. When calling them over them over the two week period i was told every time that the package would come with in the next two working days. I was told murderous versions of what would happen. I ordered three tickets to watch JLS at the Hammersmith Apollo from this organisation. The money was taken from my credit card, but no tickets have been received. When I tried to contact the organisation, their website is no longer in use. It was operating out of Hungary, although it has an address in Vancouver. I have contacted my credit card company in order to get reimbursement for the £132 taken from my account.
