I agree with the other complaints about Reiman Publications. I have been getting collection notices for a magazine subscription that I did not order or receive. Reiman publications would have to be run by a bunch of idiots if they were sending out magazine subscriptions before any payment has cleared. I will no longer even consider buying ANYTHING from this group of crooks. I was told I was buying a warranty for a 1 time bulb replacement on a Sony DLP KDSA2000. The bulb went out 12/25/2009 and the warranty out 12/01/2009. I was tried to purchase the Ultimate Office Steal which is a special packaged and priced Office 2007 suite for students. I ordered the download (for expediency) and the back-up CD's. The download never installed! I thought I'll wait till the CD arrives, it should be here soon. 3 months later it still hasn't come. When I emailed DigitlRiver they indicated they had no record of the sale. I have their receipt with everything on it and a charge for the full $72 on my card. Had a couple of drinks at Caesars wine and oyster bar over the weekend. I ordered Absolute vodka coke for myself and jack daniels for my friend. We ended up throwing up after a couple of rounds. I didn't end up as bad as my friend Terence, who almost puked his guts out. Being regular drinkers of Absdolute vodka and j.d, We seldom would have thrown up until at least a bottle each. My bank account was charged 39.99 on Dec. 15th 2009 for something called on line games www.EA.com. I had played Pogo a long time ago for free and then I got Cancer and I no longer was well enough to play any games, let alone one that had to be payed for due to the expenses of my illness. I am 72 years old and I have contacted my bank (BOf A) They advised me to use the email address that was on the charge and advise them to return the amount to me. They told me that if I didn't get satisfaction I should call the legal department of the bank and that they would investigate this problem. i was in asda bridgwater with my wife, we queued for grocery, and purchased a phone and two computer games. we was sent to customer services where my wife queued for another half hour. they charged for products that we had purchased and didnt offer a bag to carry them in.I asked the lady behind the counter for a carrier and she was so rude telling me they didnt have any bags, i asked again and the lady said they are 5p each (although she said they never had any), i offered payment to which the lady told me to shut up i was absoulutly stunned at her attitude. i except that they are busy at this time of year but manners cost nothing at all. read full review »

Suddenlink forced us after moving to return our equipment in person. The reps in Austin TX all have said they can't believe that, but we verified Branson, MO is the only one in the nation that has this rule. I just had the most unpleasant experience. My husband & I bought our 9-year-old daughter a 32 inch Toshiba LCD TV from Best Buy for Christmas. We brought it home and it sat in the box for a few days before my husband had time to set it up. He took the TV out of the box and put the base on it and plugged it in. The TV didn't work.
