This service that Direct TV offers is terrible. Its not cheap either, costing over $300. It continuously freezes. Im talking every couple of minutes. I purchased via Paypal this software that is supposed to recover files from damaged, corrupted drives. The software just appeared to be scanning the damaged external hard disk and created a "directory tree" but after paying for the software I found that there were NO FILES in the folders.
