I bought this online back in July 2009. I eventually got it to work, then a fault came up saying, in effect, that the system could not work properly because Signature Files are missing. It is impossible to update Identity Patrol because of this fault. I've sent them emails asking for advice but they just ignore you, or send back automated emails saying they'll help but they never do. You would be mad to pay for this crap service! We bought two tickets from Euroteam.info on 18 June 2009 for Rammstein Concert in Netherlands. The receipt from Euroteam states that the tickets were to be delivered on 15 November 2009. I was charged for something I didn't order. I called to cancel this product when I saw it on my credit card on Nov. 16th. 2009. And as of todays date it still is on my credit card. 4 months ago I spent $140 online for comic book supplies with them, it took them 3 months to reply to my first inquiry, which stated that the product would arrive in the next week. One month later and nothing. They have stopped replying to inquiries.
