Cox is perhaps the worst in the industry when it comes to billing. I signed up for cable/internet/phone services. After 3 weeks of problems with the cable, I get a disconnect notice in the mail for non-payment (really, it was 3 weeks). I called and was told that they had sent a bill (which I had not received) so I paid over the phone. The same thing happened the following month. And the 3rd month. When I spoke to customer service I was told that they were sending the bill via email, but the rep could not give me the email address that the bill was being sent to as it was confidential. I upgraded MS Office 2007 SBE to the Pro version. Paid £101.80 which included Licence Lock Box and Back Up Disk. At time of order I tried to print out an invoice but it seemed mandatory to have a Hotmail account. I had there subscription service, but will not be renewing. I have called multiple numbers, but I cannot seem to ever be able to get ahold of anyone. When you call for missed papers, you get a bust number that is never unbusy, no answer, or a person saying they will get it delivered and it never is. When you call for billing, you either get transfered to a dead line or have to leave a message on an answering machine and never get a return call. Hi, I am a Dj who was contacted by "A Solid Gold Sound" to perform at 2 wedding receptions during Summer 2009. They contated me 3 days prior to the first date (July 18, 2009) and said their Dj was unable to travel to Syracuse because he thought the event was in Rochester, NY. Today, 11/27/2009, we purchased tickets online for "The Blind Side" viewing of the movie of 8:20 PM at AMC Theater Firewheel in Garland Texas. We purchased our tickets at 11:14 AM. I am so disappointed at XM and Siruis satellite radio for taking a great funny radio station off the their channel line up. Sent muliple emails to tech support regarding downloading a demo version of their software. The scan produced over 6500 errors. I asked if this was normal. That question and similiar other support questions all have gone unanswered for over 2 months. It appears that this type of software, the demo versions, have some kind of logic embedded to produced a bogus large number of errors to entice the person to purchase the product. This is the only theater in town and does not listen to its customers. Their concession stand prices have gone up and up, but they only cook hotdogs on certain days and times. When you arrive, you never know if there are any hot dogs or not. One of the managers even told me that hot dogs were too much trouble and he wished they didn't even offer them. Go into the store on lunch break from working 3rd shift and they only take cash and do not ring up the food for a receipt. When asked about reason we were informed they are changing over the drawer. My past experience tells me it should not matter if in change over for 30 minutes and it does not matter if cash, charge, or debit...unless somebody is pocketing the money. When asked about the receipt we were told it would be rang up later. As we were leaving the food was rang up and receipt handed to us.
