Att Real Yellow Pages is nothing but a huge rip off. Just as most of the other companies listed have reported, they will not work with you on your advertizing needs. They are all about selling you more and more. If you want to cut your bill down they won't give you any discounts, small just means more money. OK, they said that the switch to digital t.v. was supposed to be for the good and that was easier to broadcast. Well...everything in life that is easier, is not always better. I took a book called Treasure Maps of the Superstitions (by Amy Mosier, my maiden name) to Bruce Fischer to be published. I checked him out and he seemed credible. He said he couldn't publish it under Golden West but that I could under it's subsidiary, The Book Studio, a "self-publisher". The fee would be $6000. I was doing a google search to find out if I could find Adobe Elements 8 for less that Adobe sells it. This has worked great in the past and sometimes I find a program cheaper at WalMart or best buy. I am a big fan of NYPD BLUE and when I saw an advertisement to buy all twelve season on dvd I jumped at the chance. I received my order. I am extremely upset by the product in which I received. The dvds are copies of the NYPD BLUE season #1 to #4 and the season #5 to #12 are taped off the TV. I started to watch season #5 and in the lower corner if the screen it says "TNT" . Today, Oct 3, 2009, we ordered 2 Alaskan Flounder Meals and 1 Variety Platter. Each flounder meal had 1 piece of flounder, fries, slaw and 2 hushpuppies. We have ordered these meals many times and they always come with 2 pieces of fish and corn instead of fries. I called the resturant and they said the menu had been changed. I called another location in our area and they said the same meals contained 2 pieces of fish, and corn. We were disappointed that they chose not to admit their mistake. Saturday like so many other days they have about 5-6 people making the food and they mess up the sandwiches every time all day long. Also had one cashier going with three managers there. Taking five minutes for each person is to long to punch a registar.
