i have spent thousands of dollars in our local kmart to find out in a year or two that their products are not worth paying for. a t.v we bought two years ago is now not turning on. this produce should work longer than two years. the u.s. people are tired of paying for stuff that other countries wouldn't think of buying. we are older people, so its not like we have children playing with it. years ago, products would last longer than one or two years. appliance are not cheap. maybe we should back up our produces or sell better products. thank you for this opportunity to complain, but again i wish you bigger stores would sell better products. read full review »

I went on line to join the 66stage.com download movie site. I choose the option for $2.49 per month. I had not downloaded their movies before and wanted to sample the product before making a long term commitment. I put the purchase on my credit card and received a confirmation saying the charge was $44.83. The phone number on the confirmation sends you into a voice mail saying to email my issue.

HMS Hot Movie Sales
I ordered a dvd by credit card. They say they sent it but they only can substantiate that it was sent to the Post Office in Oakland, Calif., not that it ever reached my address. My send to address is my office so someone is always available to sign for items but they do not indicate to me that they get signatures for delivery. Very bad experience...harassment by collection agent Sachin (Reports to one Ketan) for connection charges not paid by previous tenant!
He drops in after every 2 months and says that he had cut the connection and I reconnected it!
Next he says that previous tenant had not paid so he cut mine!
Then he tries to bully by saying he will cut again (Which I say, please do!)!

On September 9, 2009 this young man DJ came to our home telling us that his parents wanted him to do this to keep out of trouble and also earn points for college and that he was selling magazine subscriptions to do that. Since may i have been very happy with it, then all of a sudden it stopped connecting to the internet, even when it said it is connected. tried very many reliable connections even in own home i did everything the help references told me nothing ; then i called Hp they told me it would take 3 hours to fix it from their place and it WOULD COST ME 139 DOLLARS!!! . i paid for two tickets to see pink in concert at sheffield in october using mostwantedtickets.com. I paid for the tickets in june and was sent an email to say that i would receive the tickets at least 2 days before the event.
A week before the concert i rang to see when my tickets would be arriving, i was told that they had just recieved them and were sending them out in the post to me that day.

I contacted Paypal and my cresdit card compnay to get a refund, they have both said they are not liable and the seller must do this. Samsung Blue Ray Hometheater system
I purchased a Samsung Blue Ray Hometheater system on 8/28/09 and it immediately displayed flaws and cracks in the dvd picture. I called for a service repair and they said they would repair it in 7 to 14 days. After the repair, the dvd player wouldn't play discs AT ALL. Apparently the repair only worsened the problem. I sent it back and am awaiting another repair. This is extremely frustrating. Hopefully people won't have to go through the same problems. read full review »

I got on the phone and this lady was talking fast and said something about $39.99 for some magazines and they were giving me 3 as gifts.
Before I knew it I was being told that I owed them $39.99 X 12 months. Then I was told that I couldn't cancel so I stopped the card.They are now calling me everyday at least 3-4 times per day harrassing me with a fury! I recently purchased an X-Box 360 from superstore only to find an old x-box with scratches on it in the box. The cords in the box looked brand new and didn’t work with the consol. Now I’m stuck with a consol that I can’t even turn on. I’m pretty sure employees have been switching the products. Not only is the food overpriced but when it came to delivery, the old delivery guy had the audacity to hassle me for a tip because I didn't give him one (the first time). I understand the courtesy of tipping a delivery driver. But when there is already a delivery charge on the order and on top of that the delivery man cops attitude if you don't already have singles in your hand, then there is a problem.
