I recently purchased and downloaded the software from tubetilla. The downloader does not perform properly. I tried to reach the support forum and received a message as follows, "Okay faithful users...we're attempting to restore an older backup of the database...news will be posted once we're back!" This is the only theater in town and does not listen to its customers. Their concession stand prices have gone up and up, but they only cook hotdogs on certain days and times. When you arrive, you never know if there are any hot dogs or not. One of the managers even told me that hot dogs were too much trouble and he wished they didn't even offer them. Go into the store on lunch break from working 3rd shift and they only take cash and do not ring up the food for a receipt. When asked about reason we were informed they are changing over the drawer. My past experience tells me it should not matter if in change over for 30 minutes and it does not matter if cash, charge, or debit...unless somebody is pocketing the money. When asked about the receipt we were told it would be rang up later. As we were leaving the food was rang up and receipt handed to us. DVD's were copied from "Turner South" tv. They were in a home made dvd case. No copyright on the DVD. DVDs were home made with a printed DVD lable - like I would make for a home made movie. Shipped from China. No link was provided for tracking. Shows up as "WHAT-A-DEAL-DVD - 1-6477229393" on your credit card. Our wild blue satellite connection is so slow we might as well have dial up! They say to all of us who complain (we are rural) that we are downloading or uploading too much material. We are seniors and basically use the internet for information and do not do downloading or uploading. I believe they have too many customers and cannot handle the traffic! Thank you! Any ideas? My wife recently quit work at this location due to verbal abuse and accusations of drug use, when an assistant manager singled her out and decided to talk to her like she was a dog, made her do other jobs in the building and not wait tables, while the manager waited the tables and took the tips. They wanted personal information right after the purchase. I suspect they were trying to steal my identity. You download this software and it doesn't work at all. I had a pop up from my antivirus software warning me it was a very dangerous download. I demanded a refund and they did nothing nor contacted me back. Since I had been using Nero 8 for a couple of years and it's Nero ShowTime played BD-ROM media (movies), after paying for a plug-in, I assumed that Nero 9 would do the same thing. I ordered two copies of the Carol Burnett DVDs. According to the picture and detail, these should be the same DVDs that have been recently released. No, they are blank DVDs that have been recorded on or copied to. They come in a cheap white sleeve with hand written "Carol Burnett" on the first sleeve and numbers 2-8 on the next seven sleeves. On or about November 13, 2009 I called Time Warner and inquired about the status of my account, that I knew I was behind.
