I live here in Morro Bay just a few blocks from the Morro Bay Aquarium. I have payed and entered the aquarium before and was horrified by the tiny tanks the seals live in 24/7. There is no manual and no one to assist with a very cumberson directory software product. While the price is okay, it seems as though service could be better. I have called several times with set up questions only to get a partial answer. The templates are loud and tacky; the software has poor functionality and in the end, it is a tough business to get into. Some of the disks did not play at all or the second program on the disk will not play.
