I bought a DVD from these people the other day for $19.95. When we got it, you could not even tell if it was a movie or not. The picture was so digital, all you saw were little squares and some music playing. I emailed these people an told them about it and asked them if they would refund our money? We experienced a problem with Optimum when we were misinformed by an Optimum Representative in regards to billing and payments. This was quite possibly the worst dining experience! The food was absolutely disgusting, and the service was awful. The salad was old - dryed up, shriveled cucumbers, rotten cherry tomatoes, watery dressing. The main course was bland at best, and the waitress was exasperated that our request for a glass of water required here to walk twenty feet. Moreover, we were ill all night and the next day.
