The company advertises there programs on the radio with the ability to return the product within 30 and no charges are to be made. When I called in the salesperson also states that I can return the product within 30 days without penalty. Apparently, without full disclosure they automatically sign you up for another product and later bill for that product. In this case it was $79.86 that was made on 11/06/2009. Upon delivery of my food the driver was very rude, the food was cold, and mostly it was not all there. One whole meal was missing. The website advertised excellent video and audio quality on the series. This is not the case! Ultimately, I was sent 3 copies of this series, supposedly by different suppliers in China. All 3 had poor video quality. There were mislabeled duplicate shows, and the quality on a number of them was terrible. Some skipped, stopped, or wouldn't play at all. I purchased Dreamweaver from http://www.specialtechs.com. As others have also found out, the products at least come out of China, even though the website appears to be based in the USA. I loaded the software, put in the serial number, it went through just fine. Next time I went to use the software it stated that my serial number isn't valid. I ordered and received a DVD set from Dino dvd's. I order Grey's Anatomy and it came in a box looking very similar to the one advertised for this particular season. However, once I put the discs into the DVd player, I found out that these were just episodes recorded off the TV! There were even portions of commercials that they didn't properly crop out!
