The Waffle House
My boyfriend and two friends of ours were in Galveston for the Lone Star Bike Rally. Our hotel was across the street from The Waffle House. Upon returning from the rally we parked the bikes and walked to the The Waffle House for breakfast. Because it was Halloween, we had on costumes. My boyfriend was wearing jeans that we had cut some holes in (not realizing the back pocket ended up with a hole in it) He put the keys to the bike in that pocket and needless to say they fell out. I was paying $995 to attend an event and they said they needed to make two transactions because there was a limit on my credit card. They took out $500 dollars and then told me it declined the second transaction. Not receiving anything for my money, I demanded a refund of $500 and they said they could not refund anything.

I paid for 3 x dvd boxsets from this company but only one turned up... after I had complained to paypal because I had not received after one month. When the sent the one boxset they then registered the post with paypal, resulting in a proof of delivery and therefore meaning that due to paypal policies I would not be able to prove what I received and therefore not be entitles to a refund.
Then when the boxset did arrive... FAKE!! they even labeled the discs incorrectly!

We have purchased LG Plasma TV 32PC5R on 26th Dec 08, from DK Electronics, Hauz Khas, New Delhi, for Rs 27, 000/-. Our TV picture started giving problem within a few months, and only one black thin band or multiple bands but no picture will come, intermittently - photo enclosed. Most Haunted Live
After watching 'Most Haunted Live - Eight Faces of Evil' I was horrified that they would actually stage a hanging, despite the disclaimers and warnings with there being a few child suicides in the news recently I felt it highly irresponsible of the show. The show is normally well thought out but this was in my eyes unjustified and did nothing to the ghost hunt.

I ordered a boxed set of dvd's that was supposed to contain 3 volumes with 113 episodes.
I got 1 volume with 11 episodes.
After 3 hrs. of back and forth e-mails I was told I had a complete set.
My only options were to PAY to ship them back for a refund. But it cost $25.oo to ship
over here from China, so if I shipped them back I would be out about $50.oo or I
could keep what I have and they would refund the shipping. So, I paid $59.95 for

Direct TV first off all was a nightmare to cancel, and we only were canceling b/c of a new rule that we could not have a satellite on the roof. It took 3 technicians coming out, many, many many phone calls and ulcers before someone finally wrote down that we did not have a line of site and the crazy cancelation fee of $275 was reversed. 3. Requested to Cancel the Service, Customer Service is reluctant to cancel the service

The Rogers Video Store in my neighbourhood have sent my file to a collections agencies no less than 3 times since the Spring of 2009. The reason for my being sent to a collections agency is because they claim I failed to return DVDs. The irony is, each time I received the letter notifying my I had been taken to collections I immediately had the Manager of the store go to the shelve himself and retrieve the DVD.

It seems that McDonalds restaurants in Cyprus found a way to charge you extra on a ketchup and mayonaise 14 cents each by doing the mistake to ask for it.

They validate the information they have and even after you say NO NO NO not interested, they still "send you the publication." I walk into Marie Callenders (Encino) with a friend around 1:00 p.m. The hostess takes my name and tells us there will be a short wait. Approximately 5 minutes passes, my name is called and my friend and I are lead to a corner table in a back room. Our party of 8 inc. a 2 year old and a 70 year old, went to The Windmill on Sunday evening to eat, our food took over an hour to come even after we complained at the bar it took a further 20 minites even though they said another 5. When the food did come the portions where small for the price, alot of it was undercooked, most things where cold, even the peas wer'nt cooked properly.
