Download games seem to get "lost". They can't find my The Rise of The Witch King add-on to The Battle for Middle Earth. The customer service rep. AARON (via chat) keeps taking forever to respond to every sentence and asked for the same information I gave as if he's got to keep refilling his coffee and leaving his desk. They should be able to look you up by name and send the download E-mail to you again within a minute. I just moved from out of state and was trying to find a good lounge hangout spot. I found The Underground Lounge in New York City (Manhattan) online and decided to visit. I went to the jazz lounge downstairs and ordered a drink. I went to sip my drink and saw a huge cochroach the size of Texas(!) just chilling on the table next to mine. I left my drink right there and walked out. I never went back and I tell everyone I know to never go there. I cancelled my Direct TV service after fulfilling the service timeframe requirement in my agreement. Apparently, because I was provided with an additional receiver AFTER the intial contract date, my contract date was reset. Very unpolite server at the Chocolada Bakery in Hollywood. Why do such servers attend customers? Isn't it enough the their prices have been increased by almost 50% and then you get yelled at when you decide to tip them 15% instead of the automatically 18% tip added to your bill. Bewared of Pho Mai located on landess San Jose been cheating on sales tax for years. I should have posted this years ago. Sales tax is 9.25% in San Jose. Today I ate there and I was charged more than 10% sales tax. I was there alone and it was simple math. Please look at your receipt and question it. How can a complete inside cover page of my book suddenly appear on top of page 157? It has cost me a great deal of money as it didn't show up in the pdf file I generated. That pdf file printed correctly when I printed a proof copy, but when sent to my printer, it appeared in their pdf file and ruined 250 copies of my book. I ordered Gomer Pyle USMC complete set of 9 dvds from Planet DVD, aka Beta DVD series, on 6th April. Supposedly this was an American site. They arrived a fortnight later on the 20th April. When I started watching them it was clearly obvious that they had been recorded from TV. The recording was complete with adverts. I paid $69.90US for this set, which was $76.99AU. I give wendy's a bad review as I had been watching these wonderful marketing views on t.v. and finally about a month later went to go visit a new store in Daytona Beach close to I 95 and LPGA.
