Since December i have been speaking to Sky advising them that they have been taking money out of my account for a service I cancelled in September. It is unfortunate that despite your recommendation and booking they were unable to provide both my guests with any vegetarian food. 7 of my friends and I purchased tickets to attend the New Years eve event held at this club. We arrived to the venue for approx 10.15 and joined the back of the queue. 2 and half hours later we stil had nbot gained entry to the club. After follow up, they stated via e-mail that the DVD's had been sent. They could not provide me with tracking numbers, stating that post offices do not issue tracking numbers! On Saturday the 17th of October NTL/UPC came out to fix my neighbours pipe. He took the lid off a man hole and 'tagged' a wire as he called it and as a major coincidence my pipe went. My partner confronted him and told him he had knocked off our telly. The reply 'no I didn't do that'. My partner rang NTL 3 times as was told that no there was an error in connection and we'd have to wait until the 20th before they could come out and fix the problem. I live in Atlanta, GA. I ordered two restaurant gift certificates from restaurant.com The first gift certificate I ordered was on June 9, 2009. Subsequently, charges of $14.95 have appeared as "Shopess Plus" on my credit card statements on 7/10/09, 8/9/09, 9/8/09, and 10/8/09. I charted a 2 hour "Sunset Cruise" that turned out bad. After waiting at the dock for over 30 minutes, after calling him, Captain Mike sailed into the dock and informed us that he couldn't start his motor. One big ripoff. Not only did they not send the DVD collection that was advertised, but they do not have a return address listed on their website (presumably because the items are drop shipped from somewhere in Asia). The DVD's labels were hand written on (i.e. "disk #8, disk, #9, etc.) and the quality was third generation out. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. In June of 2006, I met Chenoa Smith, found of Living Spirit Channel, and signed a publishing contract for a novel. I paid $1, 200 in return for product distribution. Shortly thereafter, I helped Ms. Smith host a "Living Green" party for the Emmys, shelling out almost $500 of my own cash in order to help her rent a van and pay for supplies. Within the past year I prepaid for songs that I could download at later date. I might have used 2 or 3. I recently went into FYE website to download some songs, I presumably paid for and couldn't find the option to download. In contacting them about it, I got a reply that FYE no longer offers this option and that I could get a refund if I supply them with information that FYE SHOULD HAVE, not me.
