I have contacted this company many times. I get no response from the many emails I send. The two times they did respond they asked for the same information, even though it is provided clearly in the email context of the previous replies. In addition to decieving the public by selling fake gems, JTV continues television broadcast, everynight, using Bait and Switch and Theft by Deception techniques. Purchased Toast from an older, higher-priced offer that included a "Free Blu-ray plugin." Company was already offering Toast at a lower price, but without the 'free' plugin. An individual claiming to be earning a trip to Europe came to our house selling magazines. My first instinct is always to say "no, thank you" but he said he lived in our neighborhood and he referenced several neighbors who had purchased from him. Well...I cannot comment on the food because I was not able to place an order. I called to order for carry out, and after 3 attempts, the phone was answered. I was put on hold. After approx. 3 min. on hold, the phone was hung up. No one even bothered to see who was on hold or why. It was not a matter of being disconnected either, because the phone was sitting off the hook, as I could hear everything going on around the phone. I purchased a DLP TV Samsung HLT-5076S. I have a problem and an expert tells me I need a software update. I contacted Samsung and they have no software updates for this model. It is only 18 months old and I was told that they cannot help me and I will have to find someone near me who deals with Samsung. they could not even provide me with a Samsung agent. To me, this is a very sad state of affairs when the company you bought from cannot help when the product goes wrong. I bought a vizio 42 " plasma TV June 2006 and it broke about 3 weeks before the one year warrantywas up, june 2007. the symptoms black screen with sound. I got a replacement June 2006 and that worked fine for 1 year and ten months until the screen went black with sound, again, mind you this is a second tv set. i regularly go to woonona Mcdonalds, and i was using my Coffee loyalty card which allows you to buy one and get one free, after a few times of use of my Coffee loyalty card they suddendly declined me of using my Coffee loyalty card which does not show an expiery date on it, but i can still use it at any other Mcdonalds in NSW. I have heard many many rumors about what has happened to the previous managers at the restaurant (kim and carol or sue I think). I recieved my CD with Super Text Twist with the Product key on the front of the CD. I installed it on my computer and when it ask for the product key I input the code just as it was on the CD.
