Bought a map update from Magellan using the directions on their website. When received, the sd card did not work. I contacted them and was told that the card was incompatible with my unit. It is horrifying to me that when I go to turn on children's programming for my 5 year old, the previews that are shown in the upper right corner of the On-Demand screen are often violent, sexual or otherwise inappropriate for my son. Comcast should communicate a way to either turn previews off, or even create G, PG, PG-13 or R-rated options for previews. My husband and I stopped in to pick up 2 TV convertor boxes and asked if they could hold them for us and they said they could only hold 48 hours. We went back within the 48 hours to pick them up and were told that they had sold them. Like many others here, I wish I had seen this site before ordering. My order (Batman TV 20 disc set) took a long time coming, and when it did I found two discs were duplicated and one was faulty, so I emailed asking for replacements, offering to send back the three discs in question. Despite assurances on the site all emails would be replied to within 48 hours, I've had no response to any of my emails. The discs were all hand numbered with stuck on labels. I returned a video via the drop off box. I was then notified by the store that it had not been removed. I asked them to look for it on three different occasions. They claimed it was not in the store and they would charge my account for the full movie and restocking fee. My questions are why would they charge me full price for a used movie and then not take off the amount that I had paid to rent it.
