I "up-graded" from the Corel photo that came pre-installed with my computer to Corel MediaOne. It turned out to be not much of an upgrade at all. And it has never worked properly. Ashworth is cheap, but be prepared to spend an average of 30 minutes on hold every single time you call them. I have had something go wrong on my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th courses on my program. I bought a RCA tv Model 20F424T on 2/9/2008. The tv was placed in my grandson's bedroom, where he stays when at grandparents house, which may have been 5 times since Feb. Direct Tv was my provider for 2+ years. I had to cancel my service due to a move to another location where sat dishes are not allowed in the community. I am a 4 year client of Telus Mobility and never once have they disconnected my service because of a late payment. Yesterday they disconnected my service because of a late payment. Skylink is the installer in my area for Direct TV. They provided me with the worst possible consumer experience I've ever had. It tops the list for horrible service. They were scheduled to install the service on a Wednesday, but did not call or show. I called several times (since I took time off to be there), and only received a voicemail. I did not get a call back. I kept calling and was able to schedule a second install date. They did not show or call to install AGAIN.
