They advertise free driver fix, and then it takes you 30 minutes to download their software and they identify your problems and then they say that you have to register to get the drivers and full benefit of the software. THEN you register and THE LAST SCREEN IS THE PAYMENT SCREEN, and they won't download and install the drivers if you don't pay. Sudden loss of service. Tryed to get in touch with Direct TV. No direct SERVICE lines. Just ads to buy more or special packages. Finally got in touch wsith someone. watching most haunted live. everytime i watch most haunted live on living tv there is always an advert after viewing approx 10 - 15 mins of footage. this continuosly happens thoughout the 3 hour live event. if they shown you what you miss during the adverts then that would be fine but things have most of the time happened and you only get told whats happened and not viewed it. being a live event, they should change this to a set of adverts coming on every half an hour. read full review »

On several occassions, the application has prompted that my license has expired when it was not. The latest incident occurred on 10/25/2008. My subscription doesn't expire until March 2009. I called support twice and they were not able to resolve the issue. The first technician lied and said he would call back to continue to work with me, I had to call support again. The second technician also lied and said he would call back, never heard from him. I worked with them for several hours, leaving my computer vulnerable to viruses.
