I stopped my service with Time Warner Cable in January 2009 and had a credit due to me of $122.03. This was because I always made sure I paid my bill on time and the results was an overpayment. I made several call to them wach month (the last on 04-06-2009) and they said the refund would eb cut in 30 days from the close out date (which was in January). But no one could tell me why the refund has not been done now that it's the 4th month since I stopped the service. These guys are crooks! After only having the LN52A750 Samsung LCD tv, it began to automatically turn off and then back on continually untill you unplugged the whole set. This continues to this day as soon as you plug the tv in. It began this on Feb 24, 2009. I have been eating at Carls Jr since i came back from Vietnam in 1973. I have found their restsuatnts to be generally ok but on average about 50/50% as far as food quality, service, restroom and prices are concerned. I was mailed 3 books I never ordered nor requested. I sent back the bill with instructions to provide me with a pre-paid mailing envelope. I refused to pay for postage on items I never ordered or requested. I never heard back from anyone. A salesperson came to our door. We were not interested in buying any magazines. She stated that we could send the magazines to the troops overseas and we made the mistake of chaning our minds. We wrote a check to purchase the subscription for a certain dollar amount. We have the receipt to prove that, but our account was debited for two hundred dollars more than the check. As an employee with the company, I was constantly being harassed by my supervisor. I reported 3 separate incidents to my manager, only to have the supervisor get worse after each complaint because he knew that I was complaining about him. When attempting to voice my fourth complaint to Human Resources, I was fired instead of getting the chance to explain what happened to me. Ameristar is not concerned about it's employees and would rather fire someone than listen to what they have to say. I just got off the phone to India for the fourth time trying to get Dish Network to honor a deal I thought I had made in October 2008. I had switched from regular Dish to HD-TV Dish. I tried to order a box set of CD's for a Christmas gift... never arrived. I called in January to check the status of the package. They stated it was returned by the post office... not sure why, but now I want a refund. Terrible World of Warcraft leveling service. They managed to not only take my money but get my account banned. So I lost my account and $120 for the leveling service. They care to do nothing to fix the situation. My husband and my teenagers decided to dine at this so called advertised "european" cuisine.When we got there, the menu was actually russian. We tried the menu, caviar, veal, duck... I bought my 32 IN Flat Screen TV from Wal-Mart 11/07. In Jan. 08 the remote stopped working. It lit up when I pressed buttons but it wasn't turning my tv on. So I called Polaroid & they sent me a new remote. Yesterday March 09 (little over a yr later) the remote has stopped working once again. There were about six employees standing at the checkout register talking. We were the only ones there, a family of 5. We ate the salad bar only. No waitress would bother to come refill our drinks, the salad was brown because it was left over from the lunch crowd and we had to ask for plates, and they brought out the fresh salad as we were leaving after we ate. My wife and I went to the movies at a regal theater in Tukwila, Washington on Nov-22-2004. We had to stand in the rain for 30 minutes because there was only one ticket agent. Then I had to stand in line for 20 minutes to buy popcorn and miss some of the movie because there was only one concession stand agent. Then when I got back to the movie, I froze half to deaf because the heat was turned off. At least it felt like it.
