Home phone was disconnected with no authorization. Lost phone number that I had for years and have to wait ten days for new number. E-mail sent to presidents office with guarantee of return phone call within 24 to 48 hours. Never received such phone call and no resolution to the nightmare from Rogers. I have had nothing but problems with Rogers since September 20, 2007 and found employees to have no idea what they are doing. I have Sunday Ticket Superfan, and High-Def programming. This is the second Sunday that I have not been able to receive the Superfan games in High-Def. My HD works fine on the movie channels, and on ESPNHD, but on the Superfan channels it does not. They come in as full screen only (stretched to fit) and standard definition. And, again only on the Superfan channels, some of the remote control buttons (format, info) do not work. These buttons do work on the other HD channels. I received a collection notice from the National Credit Audit Corporation about a past due balance of $15.96 for Gourmet magazine. I contacted Gourmet magazine directly and was told they never referred my account to any collection agency. I ended up writing this letter to Applebees after today's disappointing visit: There have been several occasions where I was very disappointed with the quality of service. Product was not what the infomercial lead me to believe. When placing my order the operator asked if I would like the order expedited to be received in 3-5 business days for an additional $9.95. After going to their website and fulfilling the three offers they asked for, I was locked out and could not even get on the website any more. I let Blockbuster and Entertainment Weekly know what they were doing, and have never heard a word from them. A group of us went for coffee at A&W in Sylvan Lake,Alberta.We ordered coffees and the girl put them in styrafoam cups, I asked for glass, she said it was beach front and they could not use glass. I also feel that I have been involved with a “bait and switch” tactic with the Dish Network. I signed up with the Dish through AllSat a direct reseller of the Dish network. I was clearly told that my monthly bill for the service I signed up for would be $54.99 with the HD package being free for the first 10 months. My current bill I is $74.99. The Dish network is willing to give me a $10.00 credit after many calls and asking to speak to a manager but it is still not what I was told. All and all the game is cool, like the graphics and the expansions on Hogwarts, but there is a lot of problems. For one thing that drove me nuts was in the game when you have a task to do, Harry Ron and Hermione never shut up. After several attempts to get a mocha joe at the orangeburg burger king restaurant with no success after having 1 when they 1st advertised this as a coffee/chocolate (mocha) drink, using both walk in and drive in service and then speaking to a manager with no success I am very disappointed, being a person who does appreciate a good coffee drink will not be returning to any Burger King in the future and will advise anyone who asks me not to bother. Signed up for Dish Network and was quoted $44.95 per month fee. Made absolutely sure via the phone sales person no taxes or other fees would be added. Was told numerous times the fee is a flat $44.95 for the 18 month period in which I signed up for. Received first statement for $56.65. Hello, I was at a McDonalds in Naperville, Illinois on 75th street, and I have been increasingly perplexed as to why the entrance/exit door to the establishment is literally right next to the drive thru?? I have noticed this with some other McDonalds as well. This is very very dangerous. Why would the entrance be so close to cars, who are trying to leave??? I am sure that people, have gotten struck by vehicles because of this. This has been on my mind, and I have been seeing this same construction in many other MacDonald's. On 8/25/07 around 11pm, I went to the Mansion Cafe located in the Showboat Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. I left my server an over 20% tip on the table. I went to the counter and paid my bill for $24.06 with my debit card. A few days later, I noticed on my bank statement that I was charged $28.86 for my bill.
