The DJ company did not live up to its Services. The contract had a list of songs to be played , the DJ they sent had no list also no basic lighting system that we selected and paid for.The person they sent us was clearly not a professional,no one danced the whole four hours of my pary . I was a customer in love with DirecTV. Never had one problem in almost four years. I had the wonderful DirecTV Tivo box. While paying my bill online, I noticed that DirecTV were offering boxes that held up to 100 hours. My old box only held 30. So I decided to "upgrade". I received the complete set of EMERGENCY! DVD's for Christmas 07 from my father. They were purchased from DVDDONKEY.COM. First, it took forever for him to receove the set (about 2 months for delivery. They sent one game region free but they sent Cars for the East Asia region, even though I am in the middle east which uses the Europe region consoles. Ordered the Matlock DVD collection on line with my charge card in December. It appeared on my charge card in January and on January 9th they emailed that the series was backordered and if I wanted my money back I could call their customer service line which I did. Placed a carry out order over the phone. I arrived in the time frame they suggested the wait would be. I waited 14 minutes (I checked my cell phone time when I walked in to make sure I wasn't early/late, and then again when the manger cashed me out) at the counter for the manager to get off the phone as managers are the only one's who can cash out customers according to her. It took 4 months to get to me, cost me $90 and what I got were 8 episodes of what I wanted on 8 DVD's taken off a New Zealand TV station, complete with commercials and bits of a TV series I didn't ask for as an added bonus.
