I think i made the biggest mistake of my life by purchasing ONIDA TV. I bought a 29" Poison 400 in Dec 2006. Its less than a year and the customer service that i got is nothing but hell. with in first week, i had to get a replacement (not so easy) as there was some serious problem with the TV. Used Credit Card to purchase RegistryCleanFix for my computer. After requesting the $37 lifetime license only, I found I was billed on my credit card for annual updates, spyware etc. that I didn't want. I received two dvd's girls gone wild that i did not order. They were charged to my visa credit card witch i have never used to buy anything from your company on line before. On the afternoon of December 4th 2007 I made my usual stop to the Wendys Restaurant near my office to grab a Frosty and a salad. My mother set up service for my sister-in-law so she could have access to internet for her job. Well they are now moving to another state. I called on behalf of my mother who is 78 years old to cancel service or to put the account on hold. They informed me that they could not cancel the account nor could they put it on hold. They screwed up the original order. They did one tape right, apologized, then produced faulty DVDs, which I returned with the original tapes for reprocessing. They appear to have lost the precious tapes entrusted to them for transfer of reminiscences by now dead grandparents of what their lives were like and the changes they saw. The House of Blues in Cleveland Ohio ripped me off. I bought tickets to a concert there and when I went to see the show, it was so oversold that I could not even find a place to stand to see the concert.
