Very disappointed with VCM and Dr Aboulafia.  For several weeks i have been  trying to get Dr Aboulafia to call me back and after 6 unreturned calls, I had to resort to writing them a letter and still no response. Our bloodhound was supposed to be guaranteed against genetic health defects. She is only 3 and is a terminal cancer patient, has hip dysplasia in both hips, has an eyelid issue that is also genetic (entropion). When I ordered this for my cats, the price was advertised at $19.95 plus s&h and your second one was supposed to be free - just pay additional s&h. I was given no order # or total at the time of the order and was told that the breakdown would be in the package for my records. I gave my Pug Sergeants Silver Tick medicine and he damn near died ! He started salivating within an hour and scratching uncontrolably and kept biting/licking his paws, on top of acting "j erky " w/ body movements.
