One woman was raped and expressed her trauma in a delicately worded manner on a forum specifically for victims of abuse and a group of men and women began making vile and cruel remarks to her. Dear Readers, The worst thing I could have done for my wedding was to use MOONSTRUCK PRODUCTIONS as my videographer! When I received my DVD I cried for hours! I ordered a dog shirt from this company. I submitted an email to the to get an estimated delivery time. They sent me a few extrememly rude emails telling me to read what I agreed to on their site. We have four dogs and had each of them insured with this company for several years. One dog developed a tumor on her leg and the bill was over two thousand dollars to remove it. VPI paid two hundred dollars. They determine how much the surgery should cost and then they determine how much they will pay. How they determine what these surgeries and services should cost is a mystery. Yesterday, I called Timber Run to hopefully schedule an appt. for a spade for a new kitty that we found. Hired a DJ and videography for my wedding. Dj was so unproffesional, he didnt know what he was doing, didnt play a music for the wedding party in the ceremony, repeat songs over and over again and came in a very inappropriate attire. Sold us a dog and sent it to us on medications he said were so he didnt get sick in transport. However we found he was already sick with a parasite Giardia. Poor communication as in 'none'. On 12-28 I ordered three items. Package was received on 1-6... Two of the three were damaged. I repaired one item and ask that a refund or replacement be given on the non-repairable item. I sent e-mails on 1-6, 1-8 and 1-9.. Not even a response. I would not use these people again... I have been to this location about 3 times and dread going because the receptionist or intake person is so abrasive. This is off of Gilmer Rd. in Longview, TX. Today my son purchased a Ja-ru cap gun and caps. UPon firing the first cap, the gun burst into flames and melted. It caused a minor burn on his hand. I understand that there is a hazard when using any caps. My problem is that with todays toy standards, how is it possible that toy makers can place so much of the flammable substance into these caps to cause a hard plastic toy to melt almost immediately. I spent $6000 on a 'service dog' (it was a 'deal considering he normally charges $10, 000) named Kipper. The dog had clearly been abused and was terrrified of people and traffic (which is terrible because I was attending summer classes at UC Berkeley). I have been taking my dog to this groomers and I took him in december when I got there to pick him up they were not done so I paid the grooming fee then I saw he was pawing at his eyes. The owner told me the shampooer got something in his eyes I went over and looked at him and you could see he was under stress and his eyes were severely red and swollen.
