I called ARS Rescue Rooter for to service my furnace. The operator placed me on hold, came back on the line, and informed me that the furnace check-up fee of $79.99 special would be extended to me. The tech came out the next day and looked at the furnace, rubbed some soot on to his finger, and then informed me that my furnance was old and dangerous and that I would need a new furnance and that they could finance it -all within two minutes! Realizing it was a scam, I promptly asked him to leave the house. This company is a total scam from the first phone call to the so called servicing the furnance!

In August my husband and I were attending a funeral and went home after being at the wake to let our dogs out before we were going back to the hall. HydroOne shows up and says I have a few minutes to get to a phone and pay a 700.00bill from now and a 800.00 from 1997 as well as a deposit or I was going to be disconnected right then and there. I applied for a property through Build Matrix and have found their service delivery very slow and painful. I always had to follow up with them and ask them what was happening with the bond application etc. Then they changed their cell phone numbers without informing me which is unacceptable. Customer Service, Please be advised that I am now having the same problem "I frequently have to touch the activation buton on the device to initiate a call two or sometimes three times before I can complete a call" with this replacement Blue-tooth as I had with the original one.

I love my CA King bed but you should try to improve your sheets! I purchased 2 sets; the set I hate is the 310 thread count because they WRINKLE SO BADLY. Have you thought about partnering with a company like The Company Store to produce your sheets? They are in the business of selling a wonderful selection of high thread count sheets. I sure won't buy your 310 sheets again. Also, just because I needed CA King sheets doesn't mean I have King pillows. I gave the pillow cases away. Please be more flexible.

I had a lovely collectible chair Holloways upholstered with a soft leather hide that I purchased for the chair. The long and short is that they did not properly do the work, causing the back to fall off the chair, where we then could see the wood backing had been cracked "by the wrong sized screws and too much force" per Buddy at Form, a local Mid Century Modern furniture shop. This furniture store is close to BHV in Paris (Metro: Hotel de Ville). They have a lot of cool stuff, but trust me, if you want something that they need to order, you are in for quite a ride. ROOMS TO GO TO HELL
I ordered a new bedroom set with dresser, bed and mattress, end tables...they were delivered wrapped in plastic wrap, when the plastic was taken off, the smell of mildew permeated the house...you could smell it when you came in the front door!!! the bottom of the dresser had dog teeth marks in the feet, there were children's school papers in the dresser drawers, the mattressess smelled!!

My problems started in Oct/2008, my septic system started backing up, was told by city hall employee l could repair my own septic system, not needing a permit but city employee forgot to tell me if l put new gravel below and above the 5-6 pipes l had to replace was considered a new system. I have Levelor cellular blinds in my home office. After a couple of years, they started not raising and staying horizontal. One side was lower than the other. I saw that one of the cords had slack, while the others didn't.
