I placed an order worth $2K. They sent me damaged parts, replaced the damaged parts with wrong parts and then later replaced the wrong parts with damaged parts. after painting was done we noticed many issues. Spots that were missed and areas that needed a second coat. The old paint color was showing through. After multiple phone calls and messages their was never a call back. Also before even getting started on the job it was very hard to get a hold of anyone. My husband received a collection agency bill in the mail from RMCB, Inc. (Retrieval-Masters Creditors Bureau, Inc.) from Elmsford, NY. It stated that they were collecting on an unpaid bill of $24 for Handy Magazine. We needed new kitchen appliances. We thought that we were buying the "best in the business" as told by our sales rep. These are expensive appliances albeit not the "Top of the line". They clean gutters with blowers, ok unless you have tiny stones as siding that collect in your gutters. After blowing dirt and stones onto my unistone property they blew hundreds of stones into my liner pool as a clean up. I also have an ongoing issue with this same company, I ordered a beverage cooler in 06/2010 after several (5-6) weeks it arrived. Upon opening the unit, my contractor noticed that the unit looked like it had been dropped since the door hinge was out of alignment and the corners were dented in. Our Thomasville saleswoman had led us to believe that our Thomasville chairs would be made like quality samples they had displayed at Fresno Store. Customer service was good before delivery, and Terrible after delivery when chairs we paid over $2, 000 for were not made the same way.
