I have purchased this 1550 PSI power washer in 2009 and afer only 2 uses of power washer spray gun is leaking, I called the company and now they said they will charge me $35 for new Spray gun and only warranty is 90 days. I am a contractor in California that installed many package units from Lennox Industries on homes in my area over the last seven years. Almost everyone of them have developed freon leaks in the evaporator coils after a couple of years. Lennox will warranty the coil but not the labor or Freon. This has required that the customer pay out of pocket for labor and Freon which costs several hundreds of dollars each time. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!! THEY SEEM CHEAPER THAN OTHERS BUT THEN CHASE YOU WITH MORE CHARGES WHILE NOT GETTING JOB DONE!!! Same experience as other people described here. They showed up a full day or two after the snow fall has stopped and once didn't show up at all (the biggest snowfall). They don't plow all snow. They charged upfront for 10 visits, came 8 times, then invoiced me for 5 extra visits. I had to buy my own snow thrower in January to dig myself out after snowfalls. In 2008 I was contacted by South Ribble Council that I may be entitled to a new boiler if incapacitated or a pensioner through Warm Front. I was granted funding for a new boiler which was replaced by HIS of Preston in March 2009. I was also given 2 years guarantee covered by Warm Sure. If big Lots offers aprice hold or layaway guarantee they should honor it. Who sells merchandise that someone else has paid cash money on for them to hold. My landlord purchased this refrigerator for our apartment 2 weeks ago. After a little over one week it began to get too warm in the fresh food section, and I suspected the problem was frost build up. I defrosted the unit and it cooled to the proper temperature (40 degrees) but within 24 hours it was back up to 50 degrees. The manual says to adjust the dial to "colder" if this happens, but this just causes the machine to run too frequently and thus build up more frost and get even warmer. It started that we were first quoted one price, then once the company starting loading our things the price doubled (the additional pricing was also because they were to "crate, pad, blanket, and wrap" our things for more protection. Bought a Simmons King Size mattress in 2007 (manufactured in 2006) from AARON's and it has collapsed in the sleeping areas. The model number is M14750.60.7300.
