Today I initiated an order cancellation online, and confirmed that I had done so when I was able (today) to talk with Customer Service person. These clowns are a joke. From long wait times on the phone, to rude customer service people who apparently don't communicate with the technicians (loosly used term), to never being able to speak with a supervisor/manager, to missed appointments, to just plain bad service. Upon finding my checking balance lower than it should have been, I discovered that Equity Accelerator had taken an unscheduled withdrawal from my banking account. I called Chase, my mortgage owner, because all my bank withdrawals have their name on them. The lumber company that I bought lumber from needed to deliver wood for my basement while I was in Florida, so I gave them a credit card over the phone. I then received deliveries in March and April. By the time I realized that I was being charged on my credit card for deliveries (which it was supposed to be COD, however nobody ever sent invoices), my limit on two cards had been maxed out and I now have a poor credit rating. East Point has managed our apartment complex since before I moved almost 10 years ago. In all these years I've never met one of their office staff ...only the inspection and repair crews that invade my home 6-10 times a year (different faces every time), with little more than 24 hours notice. This is the worst company we have ever delt with! they say that they will come and fix any problems with the fitted windows and doors, we experienced problems right away. Firstly the workman were due at 9am, only to finally arrive at 2.30pm, they quickly completed work within 3 days and left us wih a multitude of prolems.
