I have a Samsung fridge that freezes everything in the fridge side. I have reset the temp to 46F and put a thermometer in the fridge and goes to 32F while the setting shows 46+F. Have called a tech to look at it...he's not here yet, but this does seem to be a common problem. read full review »

I purchased a refridgerator put it in a rental unit and did not realize that it was not working property. 6 months in, once i had a tenant they reported it as broken and the Sears torture started. In the showroom, they told us 7 to 10 days to get the furniture. We opted to pick it up ourselves. I called the day after I was in the showroom to finalize the order, on March 1st. I recently put $800 down on a 65'' HDTV and purchased a stand for $300 cash from Arron's Rent-to-own. The delivery time was scheduled between 4-7pm. The delivery guys finally showed up right at 7 which was fine, but when they unloaded the truck, they only brought the TV (which was damaged). they didn't bring the TV remote or the stand that I purchased! Purchased an MTD riding lawn mower at Home Depot. Found out MTD manufactures most brands found in big box stores including Cub Cadet. This mower was trouble from the beginning. It immediately started requiring fresh belts. This was a 46" machine, so, belt replacement was somewhat more complicated. We had a carpet defect issue and also a seam repair issue where the carpet was cut into and patched by Wayne Wiles (Lennar’s Contractor). We immediately issued a complaint. In the year 2008 i purchased a Sofa set from the aforesaid company with the cost of Rs.17600/-(On approx). During the time of Sale the shop executive gave "N" no. of promises regarding their service. We originally purchased a king size Orthopedic chiro KG mattress & box springs from American Frieght on April 4, 2009. By the time I would have paid restocking fee, the fee for shipping table to my home and return shipping I would have been left with around 200.00, They offered no compromise. Stearns & Foster matress set, Worth Avenue, paid almost $2K. This is a "FIRM" mattress and within a year and a half has turned into mush. Do not deal with this company. I have had nothing but trouble and floods since they installed a "watergrabber" in my basement. The last storm the pump failed to activate. When I called I had to wait for 6 hrs. for a return call while my basement filled with water. When I finally got a call back the "technician" told me I needed a different type of system. Staff at Seneca Bay apts are harassing me for payment of a water bill. I have explained to them that I have paid this to them but they are either pocketing the money or dont care. The laundry rooms are extremely dirty and they refuse to clean it. There is animal waste all over the floor. The Staff is very very rude and dont seem to care that they are. They seem to think that the tenants are not worth there time and that there personal phone calls are more important then finding where my payment are going. This is an awful place to live.
