HORRIBLE! I went to see Dr. Kreidstein a few days ago about a scar. He only spent 5 minutes with me on my consultation appointment, and then told me there's nothing he can do about it. I called and ask for them to explain, I was told someone was going to be calling me back, no call. Now they have started to send me statements with threatening my credit. All they needed to do was explain what was the service they provided, that was not previously paid for, and have been unable or unwilling to do so. I take a drug called Effexor Xr for depression. Since I am uninsured I WAS getting this drug through a pharmaceutical assistance program at Wyeth, the company that makes Effexor.
