When you try to complain the Tidebuy dispute link won't work, their responses - when and if received - make little sense and the dress is likely arrive too late to start a dispute through PayPal. Dr. Gary Tylock is literally the worst doctor I have ever seen. He didn't take my concerns or questions seriously. He seemed unfriendly and distracted. The eye exam he gave me at Gary Tylock Laser Center was not thorough. He answered a personal cell phone call during my exam! He did nothing to inspire my confidence. I was a guest at the Marriott residence inn Seaworld Orlando, in Florida. I checked out on Friday . I really enjoyed myself and I really like the stayed at the hotel. After the trial shipment I was sent an additional month's supply at a cost of $88.94 from both Fibradetox and Proslim action. I called and the membership was canceled and no further shipmenst were sent. They received the return on 4/21/11. As of today, 6/27/11 there has been no refund in check or credit to my card. I was told by the BBB they were sending a check on 6/4/11, but so far no money has been returned and any emails I have send, and they were daily until June 4, were being sent to the proper department. I worked in this hospital for years so I know how bad their administration was especially the salary department. 90% of the foreign nurses, including me, experienced our salaries being either delayed, cut-off from our benefits, our salaries reduced for no reason, our vacation pay was also reduced which other government hospital nurses do not experience. Really difficult company to deal with. I recently signed up for Humana/ Compbenefits dental plan through my credit union. I sent in my first premium as instructed in Nov. 2010. In December they double drafted me which left my account $2.00 overdrawn and my payment was refused. The bank in turn charged me a $29 OD fee. I brought a purse into this cleaners to have DRY Cleaned and they washed it and ruined it. The purse was still damp when I went to pick it up and they denied any wrong doing and refused to compromise with me so I filed a small claims case and in their response they defamed me, calling me a liar, saying I looked "suspicious" and they lied in their response.
