I have continued to be billed monthly for $81.00 and have been unsuccessful in getting them to stop sending pills and to stop billing my credit card. Ordered Bra from website with an expectation for delivery in 5 days. No response to emails. Phone always goes to answerphone. Messages left not returned. Payment taken immediately through RBSWorldPay. After 20 days of waiting for goods sent email to cancel order. Again no response or Acknowledgement although requested. Will now start recovery through credit card. On closer examination of the website the VAT is till showing as 17.5% so this has not been updated since VAT went up in January. My husband was recently admitted to Quality Living Center (QLC). He was approached by a member that was representing there Court Liason when he was in jail. It's a complete sham. Go Configure is a very difficult company to work with. I paid them to assemble a playground set for my children. The rock wall fell off 2 days after installed. Bolts, screws, and pieces are falling off and not even screwed into the wood. I called the company and sent them pictures. They advisded me that they did a "horrible" job and would replace entire unit and reassemble. Two weeks later and many many phone calls, still no action. They keep saying they are going to fix it but have not even order new unit yet, 6 weeks since start and nothing. I had nearsightness -6.25 & -6.0, before my 2 Lasik surgeries at Harvey Carter Eye Center. My right eye after the surgery became -.75 astigmatism. As years go by, my nearsightness comes back, now -.1 & -.75+1.25 astigmatism. I went back to Dr. Harvey Carter but because of the Lasik, my eyes become so flat that none of the contact lens will fit me. I am so remorsed and upset. While in mexico staying in Guadulajara, I began to bleed heavily and have sever pain. I went to the nearest emergency room at Porta Le Huerra hospital. I was examined and test run and found large pollap and crystalized endometrus and a pap that indicated abnormal cells. They will bring you in for 10 days of orientation/training is you are inexperienced driver or 3 days if you have 1 year otr experience. Here is my experience at Whitby Optical in Whitby Ontario . Absolutely horrendous customer service experience (quite possibly the worst I've ever had).
